You can return products purchased on Virtus Mediterraneo within 14 days of receipt, provided they are complete, intact and not damaged or used. To make a return, send an email to costumer@virtusmediterraneo.com indicating the order number and the product to be returned. You will receive confirmation to proceed with the shipment (at your expense). Make sure to package the item and insert a return slip in the package. Once the intact package arrives at our warehouses, we will issue the refund, excluding shipping costs and any additional services.

If the product arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and note "damaged" on the delivery document.

If for any reason you do not wish to collect the purchased product (for reasons beyond our control), you can refuse delivery and send it back to the sender. After receiving the package, we will refund the purchase, deducting the outward and return shipping costs and any bank fees.

To obtain a refund, it is necessary to send the ordered goods back to our warehouse. After receiving your return, we will verify that all the requirements of our return and refund policy have been met. If the requirements have been met, you will receive an email or a refund confirmation message from our Customer Service.

The time required for the credit to appear varies depending on the credit institution that issued the card and/or the manager of the payment instrument used during the order.
